EHS/HSE Engineer -Substation/OHTL

• Implement and monitor project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
• Identify hazards and perform risk assessments for construction activities.
• Organize toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Monitor work permits, lifting operations, excavation works, confined space activities, and work at height.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and statutory compliance reports.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
