Senior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading international main contractor delivering a major 40MW Data Centre project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is a flagship project and we are seeking candidates who have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale data centre developments from inception through to handover within a main contracting environment.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale data centre projects.
• Must have successfully delivered at least one data centre project from start to finish.
• Strong background working for recognised main contractors.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams on complex projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, programme management, cost management, quality, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of a 40MW data centre project from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies and delivery plans.
• Monitor construction progress and mitigate risks to maintain programme milestones.
• Coordinate with client representatives and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive commercial performance and manage contractual obligations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the project delivery team.
