Senior Real Estate Development Manager

Job Summary:

Monarch Development Group LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Real Estate Development Manager to lead property development projects, oversee project planning, and drive real estate investment initiatives in Riyadh. What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects
• Develop project strategies, business plans, and development timelines aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage land acquisition assessments, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and government authorities throughout project lifecycles
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and construction progress to ensure timely completion
• Monitor project KPIs, financial performance, risk assessments, and quality standards
• Identify new development opportunities and support business expansion through market research and strategic analysis
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, environmental standards, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, financial institutions, and external stakeholders
• Lead and mentor project development teams while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate development, property development, construction project management, or real estate investment
• Strong knowledge of project feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial planning, and development processes
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale development projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; Master's degree is an advantage or equivalent professional experience
