Job Opportunity: Data Modelling Specialist (Banking - Lending)

Location: Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

We are looking for a highly experienced Data Modelling Specialist to join a critical banking transformation initiative focused on loan management and lending standardization . This is an opportunity to work on a live, high-impact project alongside a small team of domain experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data modelling activities for loan and lending systems
• Perform detailed business analysis to align data structures with banking requirements
• Design and standardize data models, schemas, and frameworks for lending operations
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality
• Support the implementation of best practices across loan lifecycle management
• Work with a specialized team to deliver project milestones
• Contribute to workshops, discussions, and ongoing solution design

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data modelling within the banking sector
• Strong expertise in loan management and lending domains
• Experience of multiple implementations in similar areas
• Solid understanding of banking data standards and financial industry practices
• Experience working with Middle East or Saudi banks is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and financing models is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment

Language Requirement (MANDATORY)

• Fluency in Arabic is essential
• Non-Arabic speakers will not be considered for this role

Additional Information

• This is a fully onsite role in Saudi Arabia (no remote or hybrid options)
• The project is already underway , with an established team in place
• Immediate availability or short notice candidates are highly preferred
