Job description

Leda Fagundes Beauty is a premier provider of beauty and wellness treatments to females only.

Role purpose

Be the first point of contact for clients and the operational support for Leda Fagundes Beauty in Riyadh.

Location

This role is based in Riyadh.

Reporting to

Customer Service Specialist.

Requirements

  • Saudi national (mandatory for this role).
  • Female (women-only client environment);
  • Fluent Arabic and good working English (written and spoken).
  • Warm, polished, client-first manner suited to a premium wellness brand.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail; comfortable juggling a live calendar and last-minute changes.
  • Comfortable with everyday tools: scheduling / booking software, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic spreadsheets.
  • Discretion and reliability with confidential client information.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome every client warmly and to a premium standard;
  • Answer calls, WhatsApp, and enquiries; explain treatment categories at a high level and route detailed questions to practitioners.
  • Manage the booking calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, and reminders.
  • Handle check-in and check-out and basic client records.
  • Take payments and make reconciliations.

Administrative & operations support

  • Coordinate the home-service schedule across Riyadh: match bookings to practitioners and route them efficiently.
  • Arrange practitioner transport / logistics for home visits and flag clashes early.
  • Maintain accurate client and booking records and keep simple trackers up to date.
  • Manage supplies and consumables: monitor stock, place reorders, and receive deliveries.
  • Support light bookkeeping admin: log expenses, file receipts, and prepare figures for the manager.
  • Liaise with suppliers, building management, and service providers as needed.

Client care & retention

  • Follow up after appointments (aftercare reminders, satisfaction check-ins, re-booking prompts).
  • Maintain a courteous, confidential relationship with a discerning, privacy-conscious clientele.
  • Surface recurring client feedback to the manager.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 per month
