Overview

Job Details:

Lead, encourage, and guide team members while ensuring the company’s culture, values, and operating standards are followed consistently.

Take responsibility for overall team performance, sales outcomes, cost management, and the successful implementation of business plans.

Plan and coordinate sales promotions and commercial activities in cooperation with the local management team in Dubai.

Review sales results, operational data, and performance figures to identify areas for business growth and operational improvement.

Manage allocated budgets responsibly and regularly monitor KPIs, sales targets, and other performance indicators.

Drive sales growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining an active approach to business development.

Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and other important business contacts.

Provide guidance and support to team members to help achieve sales objectives while maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain clear communication between management and employees, ensuring instructions, feedback, and operational information are shared effectively.

Prepare regular sales, team performance, and business activity reports to support management evaluation, planning, and decision-making.

Job Experience Requirements

Several years of professional experience in sales, business development, or team management, including experience in B2B and B2C environments or similar leadership roles.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to convert business strategies and plans into measurable and practical results.

Demonstrated experience managing sales activities, achieving targets, and leading teams toward successful performance.

Previous experience within the relevant industry will be an advantage, although it is not mandatory.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a target-oriented, dynamic, and fast-paced business environment.

Strong organizational and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities.
