POSITION SUMMARY
As a strategic evolution, Microsphere has decided to introduce the tabletting technology , to be offered to its valuable customers.
In this context, the new R&D Scientist (Tabletting Expert) is the key person who will lead the development and transfer to production of new products/projects related to tabletting.
This newly created role will act as internal expert and cross link between R&D and GMP production and will also represent the company with the customer
as a SME .
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage pilot and small-scale trials
- Lead scale-up and technology transfer to GMP production
- Select and test excipients, raw materials and tableting tools
- Prepare technical protocols, reports and GMP documentation
- Support analytical activities, OOS investigations and continuous improvement
- Act as Tableting SME for customers and cross-functional teams
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education → Technical Diploma or Degree certificate in scientific disciplines
Languages → Italian (fluent); English (fluent)
Experience → At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical Manufacturing or Development; strong expertise in Tabletting technology ; knowledge and experience of GMP
Key Competencies → Cross-linked cooperation; strong technical and user-friendly
communication skills; scientific and hand-on approach; curiosity and ability to simplify complex matters
