P&C Digital Solutions Senior Specialist

Our client is a leading global organisation, looking for a P&C Digital Solutions Senior Specialist to join their IMEA People & Culture team in Dubai.

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for managing complex/multi-currency payroll operations, supporting annual increment and bonus cycles, and delivering accurate and timely monthly and ad-hoc HR reports. The position also manages and maintains HR information systems, including SAP HCM, ZOHO People, Employee Central and the IMEA P&C Dashboard, while ensuring data accuracy, system effectiveness, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the development of a global/regional HR digital strategy, establishing an integrated in-premise and cloud-based HR platform to manage end-to-end HR processes, including Master Data, Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and other core HR processes.
• Very good understanding of HR processes and know-how about HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM & EC) to challenge the status quo and seek continuous improvement.
• Responsible for implementation of system changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central: define demands, UAT and change management, documentation and communication to stakeholders.
• Support strategic HR projects (e.g., global implementation of SF Employee Central).
• Responsible to manage and reconcile monthly payroll process (multi-currency) across MEA legal entities/locations and for India & Bangladesh legal entities by ensuring compliance to local country regulation of taxes and contributions with the support of local stakeholders.
• Monitor, approve, and control the payroll processing with 4-eye principle.
• Perform and lead regular and scheduled internal and external audits related to payroll and ensure all ICOFR / Audit legal compliance.
• Responsible to manage all HR Digital Tools i.e. SAP HCM, Success Factor (SF), Employee Central, InSIGht, IMEA P&C Dashboard, TM1 system across IMEA region and resolve the issues timely, accurately and with an eye on efficiencies and gap improvements.
• Functional system admin for SAP HCM and Employee Central to manage Masterdata, Payroll, Org. Management (OM) structure and Personal Admin. (PA) of approx. 1000+ employees across IMEA region with the support of local stakeholders.
• Regularly review of HR digital and payroll systems, workflows, transactions, processes, and procedures and look for continuous improvement and digitization opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• 6–10 years of relevant experience , with a minimum of 6–8 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, HRIS, IT/Digital, or a relevant field .
• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems , particularly SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central .
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end digital payroll processing , including multi-currency payroll.
• Experience in HR Digital Transformation projects and HR systems implementation.
• Experience with SAP Organizational Management and Personnel Administration .
• Strong project management skills, including system changes, testing and implementation.
• Advanced MS Excel and analytics skills , including Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to work across HR, C&B, Finance, IT and external SAP partners.
• English proficiency required ; Hindi/Urdu preferred.
