Market Research and Business Analyst

CTrustGlobal is expanding its Business Advisory offering through its established Dubai office. Provide the research and analysis behind our corporate advisory recommendations, helping clients understand customers, competitors, pricing and opportunities in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Research industries, customer segments, competitors, routes to market and pricing.
• Prepare interview guides, organise research findings and evaluate the reliability of sources.
• Build commercial comparisons and analytical models with transparent assumptions.
• Produce concise reports, charts and presentation material for client engagements and proposals.

Required qualifications and experience

• Degree in economics, business, statistics or a related analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in market research, consulting or commercial analysis.
• Strong Excel, structured research methods, source evaluation and clear business writing.
• Ability to explain uncertainty, distinguish evidence from assumptions and meet project deadlines; excellent English.

Preferred strengths

Arabic and English research capability; experience with UAE sectors, primary interviews, surveys or visualisation tools.

Expected contribution

Produce traceable research, usable competitor comparisons and analytical findings that support a client's commercial decision.
