Job description
Metals Derivatives Trader, LME
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
A leading global commodities trading and metals merchant is seeking a Metals Derivatives Trader to join its commercial team in Zurich. This position will focus on managing price risk across a physical metals portfolio through LME and OTC derivatives, while also identifying and executing trading opportunities across base metals markets.
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years experience in LME / OTC derivative trading.
- Strong understanding of the base metals remit.
- Solid futures, options, spreads and hedging strategies understanding.
- Previous exposure to a physical commodities environment is advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commodities business and play a key role in managing market risk while contributing to the growth of its metals trading activities.
