Aspire Manpower Services is hiring experienced FAM Operators for an ongoing manpower requirement in Abu Dhabi.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Fixed Asset Management (FAM) operations
• Scan, index, verify and reconcile documents
• Retrieve and return physical files
• Re-file, sort and organize documents and records
• Update and maintain accurate record information
• Handle large volumes of physical and digital records
• Perform Verification and Reconciliation Services (VRS) activities
• Maintain proper document tracking and filing systems
• Prepare and update records using Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Fixed Asset Management, document control or records management is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents accurately
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred
