Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator

We have a new need for a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator.

Custome preffers onsite in Dubai. If you will be able to provide someon for onsite\hybrid in Dubai - it will be a great advantage here.

Middle+ Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator needed, English B1+

Project: UAE, enterprise ERP/CRM infrastructure administration, maintenance, and environment performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FinOps/CRM) infrastructure, Service Fabric clusters, and LCS environments.
• Perform database administration (MS SQL Server), including backup, recovery, environment replication, and performance tuning.
• Manage package deployments, application version upgrades, SSIS integrations, and API source/target integration points.
• Build automated monitoring tools, manage batch jobs, user security roles, and regular operational workflows.
• ⁠Resolve complex infrastructure issues and liaise with vendors and Microsoft for license management and technical escalations.

Requirements:

Must have:

• At least 3 years of database and system administration experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (FinOps) and CRM administration.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) database administration and performance tuning.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2016+) and MS Azure administration.
• Nice to have:
• Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), Service Fabric clusters, and SSIS / KingswaySoft integration utilities.
• Experience designing and building automated system monitoring tools.

Full-time (onsite in UAE). 1+ year, start in 2-3 weeks
