Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Production Engineer specializing in aluminium and metal fabrication to oversee and optimize daily factory operations at Multiscale Aluminium & Metal Industries. The candidate will lead shop floor activities, ensure precision fabrication of aluminium systems, and maintain high standards of quality and production delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute daily factory production schedules for aluminium profile cutting, machining, assembly, and metal fabrication.
- Supervise workshop technicians, aluminium fabricators, welders, and site preparation teams to maximize output.
- Interpret architectural/engineering drawings, fabrication details, cutting lists, and Bill of Materials (BOM) for aluminium systems (curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding).
- Monitor production quality, enforce strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols, and minimize material wastage.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimal operation of aluminium fabrication machinery (CNC machining centers, double-head cutting saws, crimping machines).
- Enforce factory health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure seamless supply of aluminium profiles, glass, and hardware accessories.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 1-3+ years of hands-on production experience in the aluminium fabrication industry (UAE experience in architectural aluminium / curtain wall systems is strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of aluminium profile systems, hardware, glass integration, and metal fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in operating and managing modern aluminium fabrication machinery (CNC, cutting saws, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and shop-floor management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and production tracking software.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
