Medical Representative

The Medical Representative (Pet and Equine) is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence of veterinary pharmaceutical, pet health, and equine health products across UAE pet clinics, veterinary hospitals, equine stables/farms, and retail pet shops.

The role combines technical veterinary knowledge with commercial sales capability to ensure:

• Achievement of assigned revenue targets

• Expansion of customer base within assigned territory

• Strengthening long-term client relationships

• Proper positioning of company products against competitors

• Sustainable and profitable business growth in the companion animal and equine sector

The position requires a proactive, field-oriented professional capable of building trust with veterinary doctors and decision-makers while maintaining commercial discipline and market intelligence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pet and equine health products.

• Promote veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, vaccines, and pet and equine care products.

• Conduct regular visits to pet clinics, veterinary hospitals, equine stables/farms, and pet shops across assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, clinic owners, equine stable/farm owners, purchasing managers, and pet shop managers.

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.

• Provide product training and technical support to clinic staff when required.

• Ensure proper product display and brand visibility in retail outlets.

• Manage customer database and update CRM records regularly.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.

• Follow up on payments and support credit control process.

• Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pet and equine health market trends and regulatory requirements.

• Graduate 

• Experience in UAE pet and equine health market

• Good in sales and marketing

• Proficient in English

• UAE Driving License
