Succession Planning Assistant Manager - 844380083

Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for Developing and Implementing (stc Group) succession planning for chiefs, VPs and GMs as per Center of Excellence identified and set strategy. The role holder will also be responsible for Implement Executive coaching to all L2 and above and implement coaching programs for critical roles. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility Develop and maintain the succession planning approach, framework, governance, templates ….. etc .

Develop and Implement stc group succession planning for Chiefs, VPs and GMs as per HR Center of Excellence identified and set strategy.

Develop and Implement stc subsidiaries succession planning for Chief Executive Officer (CEO), (N-1) positions and conduct annual quality check.

Develop and Implement GCEO and CXOs scorecards and ensure all KPIs related to Succession are achieved and on track in alignment with planning and performance across stc unit.

Governs Director and below (Key Roles) positions success plans developed by HRBP and subsidiaries to ensure its compliance with stipulated policies, frameworks and guidelines.

Coordinate planning of vacations for GM level and above to ensure appropriate succession.

Identifies the development needs for approved successors.

Review and update the NRC materials related to succession planning and secure the required approvals on the Succession plans.

Manage and Review the Succession with Executive Leadership Committee on annual basis

Conduct succession awareness sessions and knowledge transfer with related stakeholders.

Nature Of Experience Prior experience in Telecom Industry in Succession Planning role with exposure to areas such as Talent Development, career development and Learning & development, etc..

Skills Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant majors
