Job description

The Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design) supports the design, development, and evaluation of engaging learning programs and instructional content. The role focuses on creating interactive and effective learning experiences using industry-standard instructional design methodologies and authoring tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging, interactive, and learner-centered instructional content aligned with organizational learning objectives.
  • Apply instructional design principles and learning methodologies to develop effective training materials and learning experiences.
  • Develop digital learning content using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders to gather content requirements and translate them into effective learning solutions.
  • Support the development, review, and evaluation of learning programs to ensure content quality, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate learning materials and programs and recommend improvements based on learner feedback, evaluation results, and best practices.
  • Ensure instructional content is clear, accessible, engaging, and aligned with established learning and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design, digital learning, and learning evaluation.

Minimum Job requirements:

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology from a recognized and approved program.
  • The candidate should demonstrate working proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to design and develop interactive learning content.
  • The candidate should have a sound understanding of instructional design principles, learning methodologies, and digital learning development.
