Health Safety Environment Coordinator

We’re Hiring | Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator

EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is looking for a proactive and well-organized  HSE Coordinator  to join our team in  Jeddah, Saudi Arabia .

The role combines administrative HSE responsibilities with regular field coordination and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and coordinate HSE training requests from project sites and external training providers.

• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of employee safety certificates.

• Monitor certificate expiration dates and coordinate renewals in advance to ensure site compliance.

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Permit Receivers regarding PPE requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of PPE distribution, inventory, and replacement cycles.

• Support HSE documentation, reports, records, and compliance tracking.

• Conduct regular field visits and coordinate with project teams to follow up on HSE requirements.

• Maintain organized records using Excel, databases, and digital filing systems.

Requirements:

• Saudi National.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

•  2–3 years of relevant experience , preferably within HSE, Construction, Operations, or a similar environment.

• Strong proficiency in  Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets .

• Experience with databases, inventory tracking, or digital filing systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage documentation, certificates, and PPE records efficiently.

• Basic HSE certification such as  IOSH or OSHA  is a strong plus.

• Good communication and computer skills.

• Willingness to conduct field visits when required.
