Mii is looking for an experienced

Research & Business Development Manager

who combines strong market research expertise with a proven ability to build client relationships, generate new business, and convert opportunities into successful research projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Saudi national.
2. At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
3. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in market research, insights, or consulting.
4. Strong knowledge of the Saudi market , with experience working with government entities and private-sector organizations.
5. Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies , sampling, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
6. Strong professional network with the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
7. Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales/revenue targets .
8. Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals , responding to RFPs, and participating in government and private-sector tenders.
9. Ability to manage client relationships from initial engagement and needs identification through proposal development, project delivery, and follow-up.
10. Experience overseeing research projects and ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are achieved.
11. Ability to lead and develop a small research team.
12. Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
13. Fluency in Arabic and English , both written and spoken.
