Job description

Company Description

Hams.AI is an AI company building enterprise automation platforms for large organizations across Saudi Arabia and the region.

We work with organizations in government, healthcare, insurance, telecom, financial services, and other high-volume service sectors where customer experience, operational efficiency, reliability, and control are critical.

Through our Unified Communication Platform and Agentic Platform, Hams.AI helps enterprises automate customer interactions, internal workflows, service processes, and data-driven decisions across multiple channels and systems.

Our solutions are designed for real operational environments, supporting use cases that require accuracy, speed, integration readiness, security awareness, and measurable business impact at scale.

As Hams.AI continues to grow, we are looking for people who can work closely with enterprise clients, understand complex operations, and help shape AI solutions that move from strategy into real production.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape how enterprise clients and internal teams see, understand, and control complex AI automation, conversation flow builders, agent configuration canvases, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics.

You will own the design of high-density, workflow-heavy products where clarity, trust, and control matter more than decoration. This means turning complicated operational logic, branching conversation flows, escalation rules, multi-agent handoffs, real-time call journeys, into interfaces that non-technical enterprise users can configure and monitor with confidence. You’ll work closely with product, frontend engineering, and clients to make sure design decisions hold up in real production use, not just in mockups.

What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end UX for core product surfaces: flow/canvas builders, agent configuration, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics views.

- Translate complex business logic and operational workflows (branching, escalation, fallback, integrations) into clear, learnable interaction models.

- Design, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component library, working closely with frontend engineers on implementation feasibility.

- Run and synthesize user research with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to validate flows before and after release.

- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for both web dashboard and canvas-based visual tools.

- Partner with product managers to scope features, and with engineers to ensure designs ship as intended, not just as approved.

- Simplify high-density, data-heavy screens (call logs, journey timelines, agent metrics) without losing the detail power users need.

- Establish and enforce UX quality bars: consistency, accessibility, edge-case handling, and error/empty states across the product.

- Present design rationale and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in product design/UI/UX, ideally on SaaS, enterprise software, dashboards, or complex workflow tools.

- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end process: research/problem framing, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and shipped outcomes, not just visuals.

- Proven experience designing complex, data-dense, or workflow/canvas-based interfaces (flow builders, admin panels, analytics dashboards, or similar).

- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including component systems, auto-layout, and design tokens.

- Working understanding of frontend constraints (React component structure, state, responsive behavior) to design things that are actually buildable.

- Experience conducting or synthesizing user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions.

- Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards.

- Ability to simplify ambiguous, technical, or operationally complex problems into clear, usable interfaces.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable defending design decisions with reasoning, not just taste.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Why Join Us?

At Hams AI, you’ll design the interfaces that make real AI automation usable for large enterprises across the region. You’ll work on genuinely hard UX problems, not another marketing site, with real ownership over how thousands of end users interact with production AI systems every day.
