Personal Assistant to the Founder — Classic Dance Institute

About Us

Classic Dance Institute is a premium Vaganova-method ballet school with branches across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Founder & Director in managing the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-branch business.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the Founder, handling scheduling, correspondence, administrative coordination, and personal errands, helping keep both business and daily operations running smoothly across our locations. Responsibilities also include running errands around the city, placing orders for printing and flyers, checking that all props are in place at the studio, occasionally meeting with club or school management, and helping prepare staff for performances.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a business owner, founder, or senior executive
• Valid driving license (required)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential/personal matters
• Comfortable managing a varied workload across business and personal tasks
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
