Electrical Systems Technical Execution Lead

Join us as a Senior Engineer leading electrical systems technical execution from concept to completion. This role puts you at the center of complex projects where you'll own technical solutions, lead talented teams, and deliver results that matter to our customers.

What will you do?

• Own technical scope for electrical systems projects from award through closure, ensuring quality delivery
• Lead technical teams through specification, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Identify technical risks and manage interfaces across project stakeholders and management
• Design and deliver electrical solutions spanning HV, MV, and LV systems across diverse market segments

• Decision Making — advanced level; making critical technical choices in ambiguous project situations
• Customer Orientation — advanced level; translating customer needs into deliverable technical solutions
• Risk Assessment — advanced level; identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout project lifecycle
• Product Application — advanced level; applying electrical assets and systems to meet project specifications
• Electrical Engineering — intermediate level; designing and implementing power systems across HV, MV, and LV
• Power Systems Design — intermediate level; architecting AC, DC, and hybrid electrical networks
• Project Management — intermediate level; coordinating technical activities from inception to closure
• Critical Thinking — intermediate level; solving complex technical challenges with structured analysis
