The Role

We are seeking a Frontend Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and digital interfaces. This part-time remote position is suited to a skilled developer who can translate designs and business requirements into polished user experiences while maintaining strong performance, usability, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications and user interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into functional solutions.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components.
• Work with backend developers and technical teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend bugs and technical issues.
• Conduct testing and code reviews to maintain reliability and development standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to frontend development standards.
• Monitor emerging web technologies and recommend practical improvements.
• Support continuous enhancement of digital products and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with responsive design, REST APIs, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, web accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
• Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
