IT Manager – Enterprise Applications & Technology

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager for a leading golf, hospitality and leisure organization in Dubai.

This is a business-facing technology leadership role with a strong focus on Enterprise Applications (70–80%), complemented by oversight of IT Infrastructure & Platforms (20–30%).

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience from Golf, Hospitality, Leisure, Lifestyle, Loyalty/Membership, Resorts, Clubs or similar customer-centric environments and be comfortable operating at the intersection of business, technology, enterprise architecture and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and oversee enterprise and customer-facing applications across multiple properties, including CRM, Loyalty/Membership, POS, ERP, Guest Management and back-office platforms .

• Lead technology initiatives across the complete lifecycle — RFP, requirements gathering, discovery, solution design, implementation, integration, UAT, go-live and transition to operations .

• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.

• Manage application integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, custom developments, testing, change and release management.

• Ensure application solutions comply with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Integration and IT Governance standards .

• Drive standardized SDLC, DevOps, release governance and quality controls across internal teams, vendors and managed service partners.

• Provide oversight of infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, including cloud, networks, servers, storage, DR/BCP and platform capacity .

• Review and challenge technical designs and proposals submitted by vendors, System Integrators and MSPs.

• Manage vendor performance, deliverables, SLAs, solution quality and transition of projects into steady-state operations.

Must-Have Experience

✓ Strong experience managing enterprise/business applications in a complex, multi-system environment.

✓ Strong hands-on functional/technical exposure to CRM + Loyalty/Membership + POS systems .

✓ Experience within Hospitality, Golf, Leisure, Lifestyle, Resorts, Clubs, Loyalty or other customer/guest-centric environments is strongly preferred.

✓ Exposure to Golf Management Systems, Property Management Systems (PMS), Hospitality/Guest Management platforms and/or Yacht/Marina Management Systems would be highly advantageous.

✓ Strong experience working across both the business and technology sides — this should not be a purely infrastructure/operations profile.

✓ Proven advisory/consultative capability , working with senior business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, vendors and technology teams.

✓ Demonstrated ownership of application projects from RFP/business requirements through implementation, UAT and go-live .

✓ Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, middleware, SQL/data flows and enterprise architecture principles .

✓ Experience managing MSPs, System Integrators and technology vendors .

✓ Working knowledge of Azure/AWS, infrastructure, IAM/SSO/RBAC, cybersecurity, monitoring and DR/BCP .

✓ Experience supporting technology across multiple properties/sites/business units is highly desirable.
