Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Social Media & Website Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day social media presence, updating content across platforms, and ensuring our website is always up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with our brand goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and post daily content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interactions, generating leads
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns when needed
- Track performance analytics and provide monthly reports
Website Management
- Update website content regularly (text, images, blog posts, banners, etc.)
- Manage product/service listings and ensure all links and pages function properly
- Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to maintain the website
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience
Other Duties
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and promotions
- Handle basic email marketing or newsletters if needed
- Assist in digital campaigns or launches
- Keep up with digital trends and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands
- Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace
- Strong communication and content writing skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- A self-starter who can work independently
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
- Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics
- Video editing or motion graphics experience
- Prior experience in eCommerce or service-based businesses
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
