Job description
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, IT applications, data analytics, or business process improvement.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Knowledge of RPA and workflow automation.
Experience with SQL, databases, and data management.
Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with stakeholders.
Basic understanding of AI tools and emerging digital technologies.
Identify and implement process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop applications, workflows, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform.
Build automation and RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data-driven analytical tools.
Manage databases, SQL queries, and data integration processes.
Use Python/scripting to automate repetitive tasks and reporting.
