Job description
Workshop Team Leader – Car Care
Experience in the Car Care industry is a must.
Previous experience in automotive dealerships / authorized agencies in the same or similar position is must
Experience with Odoo system is required.
Supervise and manage daily workshop operations and technician performance.
Lead and manage a team of technicians and workshop staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Assign and monitor Job Cards through Odoo.
Ensure all jobs are completed on time and according to quality standards.
Monitor and achieve key Workshop KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, utilization, turnaround time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Check completed vehicles before delivery and ensure final quality inspection is completed.
Monitor materials, tools, and workshop equipment and ensure proper usage.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding job status, priorities, and delays.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions to improve workshop performance and profitability.
Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and company SOP compliance.
Prepare and follow up on daily workshop performance reports and KPI results.
Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team while maintaining high performance standards.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
