  • Coordinate visa and work permit applications, renewals and cancellations with the relevant departments.

  • Complete requirements before deadlines to prevent avoidable fines, penalties or blocks on company files.
  • Escalate missing documents, recruitment delays and compliance concerns promptly and follow through until resolved.
  • Manage employee onboarding, employee files, attendance, leave records and payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, employee enquiries, resignations and exit formalities.
  • Provide regular recruitment and HR progress reports highlighting vacancies, recruitment status, outstanding actions and upcoming deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruitment records.
  • Support mobilisation and deployment requirements for new and existing client contracts.
  • Handle all other day-to-day HR duties as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous HR or recruitment experience in the UAE.
  • Experience recruiting employees from outside the UAE and dealing directly with overseas recruitment agencies.
  • Experience recruiting blue-collar, operational or service-sector employees.
  • Practical knowledge of UAE employment processes, employment contracts, visas and work permits.
  • Proven ability to work against recruitment targets and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to prioritise deadlines, work at pace and resolve issues proactively.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
