Customer Service Representative – B2B | UAE Visa

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – B2B to manage and support our business partners for UAE visa services. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, customer-focused, and capable of handling visa inquiries and applications efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B client relationships and act as the main point of contact for UAE visa services.
• Handle calls, emails, and chats regarding visa requirements, documentation, and application status.
• Guide B2B partners through the visa process and ensure smooth application handling.
• Coordinate with the visa processing team for timely submissions and updates.
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and resellers to drive repeat business.
• Resolve client issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and application records in CRM systems.
• Support the sales team in identifying new business and conversion opportunities.
• Stay updated on UAE visa rules, requirements, and industry changes.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B customer service, travel, tourism, or UAE visa services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and requirements is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Target-oriented, organized, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Travel & Tourism, Business, or related qualification is an advantage.
