Job Overview:

Creditcare Credit Management is seeking a femaleCustomer Service female to work as a Financial Advisor. The candidate must have strong collection skills and be capable of managing customer debts through structured salary-based repayment plans. She will act as a financial guide, helping clients settle their debts responsibly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a financial advisor to clients with outstanding bank debts
• Use negotiation and collection skills to recover dues from customer salaries
• Develop and implement repayment strategies aligned with clients’ salary structures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections
• Meet daily and monthly recovery targets
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with all clients

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a debt collection agency or sales/ customer Service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of salary-based repayment systems
• Basic knowledge of UAE banking and credit systems
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to manage pressure and work towards deadlines
