Job Description:

We are looking for female candidates to join our team as Customer Care Executives. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. You will act as the liaison between customers and banks to help resolve their bank liabilities, negotiate settlements, and offer debt management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with customers to understand their financial situation
• Contact and negotiate with banks on behalf of customers for liability settlements or restructuring
• Prepare and submit financial documentation to banks
• Explain our debt management services to potential clients
• Convert leads into sales and onboard clients
• Follow up regularly with clients and banks for status updates
• Maintain records and case status in CRM

Requirements:

• Female candidate, currently based in UAE
• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Basic understanding of banking products and liabilities (credit cards, loans, etc.)
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, sales, or debt management preferred
• Confident, responsible, and able to work independently
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
