Customer Care Representative

EC Cargo & Logistics is looking for Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing shipment updates, coordinating with branch teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding cargo bookings, shipments, delivery status, and services.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with branch teams and internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Follow up on pending shipments, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the CRM/system.
• Escalate customer issues to the relevant department or manager when required.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
• Support the operations team with customer-related coordination.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the respective Department Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service / Customer Care / Call Centre / Logistics is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally and patiently.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Hindi/Malayalam will be an advantage.
