Job description
TXT PACE Tech is seeking Quality Engineer to work on international projects in highly complex and heavily regulated aerospace environments.
The candidate will join cross-functional teams, serving as the quality liaison between Engineering, Production, Program Management, and the customer, helping to ensure product compliance, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of Quality Assurance and Quality Management activitie
- Definition, implementation, and monitoring of quality processes, plans, and KPIs
- Contributing to continuous improvement, prevention, and problem-solving initiatives
- Analyzing nonconformities, deviations, and customer complaints, including defining and following up on corrective actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (MFTs) and national and international stakeholders
- Supporting audits, technical reviews, design reviews, and process governance
- Reporting, performance, and risk management activities
Essential Technical Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality / QA / QM in complex industrial settings
- Knowledge of key quality processes (Quality Planning, Conformance, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management)
- Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, or design office environments
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in multicultural and structured environments
- Experience in the aerospace/defense sector
- Knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, and Skywise is a plus
- Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields)

Contract Terms
- Type: German permanent contract
- Annual Salary: €54,000 – €70,000
- Full-time
- Hybrid work model (based in Germany)
- The specific terms of the contract will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the IG Metall collective bargaining agreement.
