IT Administrator

Position: IT Engineer / IT Administrator.Location: Dubai, UAE.

Company: DFT Auto Parts. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Administrator to manage and support the company’s complete IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities:* Manage and maintain the company’s complete IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, printers, CCTV and related systems.

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions and system access.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and network security.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email accounts and related applications.
• Monitor and maintain data backup, antivirus, security and recovery systems.
• Manage IT assets, software installations, updates and inventory.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers and AMC companies when required.
• Support ERP/business applications, with SAP Business One experience preferred.
• Ensure smooth IT operations across office and warehouse locations.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including system access and equipment allocation.
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses and records.
• Respond quickly to IT issues and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:* 5-10 years of relevant IT experience.

• Previous experience working with an IT AMC / Managed IT Services company is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT requirements with minimal supervision.
• Experience in supporting a trading, warehouse or automotive environment will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Profile:

A hands-on, all-round IT professional who can independently manage the company’s complete IT requirements and is comfortable handling both office and warehouse IT support.
