PEST CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is expanding its Pest Control & Facility Management Division and is looking for an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead our field team and ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across Dubai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate Pest Control Technicians and daily field activities.
• Prepare work schedules, assign jobs, and monitor timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and identify appropriate pest control treatment methods.
• Implement and monitor Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides and chemicals.
• Ensure technicians properly use required PPE and safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE HSE standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up on customer complaints.
• Train, guide, and evaluate Pest Control Technicians.
• Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, chemical usage records, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of UAE/GCC pest control experience, including supervisory experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License – MANDATORY.
• Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Certification – MANDATORY.
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, pesticide application, IPM, and safety procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise multiple technicians and manage different service locations.
• Experience in termite, rodent, mosquito, fumigation, or general pest control is an advantage.
