Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic / German Car Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of German vehicles and hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining premium automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Range Rover, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical services, accurately diagnosing vehicle issues, and ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and according to workshop standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical-related issues in German vehicles.
• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and major mechanical repairs.
• Carry out engine, transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and cooling-system repairs.
• Use diagnostic scan tools to identify faults and interpret diagnostic trouble codes.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify the root cause of technical problems.
• Repair and replace defective components using proper workshop procedures.
• Conduct road tests and quality checks after completing repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and within the expected time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and workshop quality standards.
• Communicate technical findings and repair requirements to the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor.
• Support other technicians when required and contribute to smooth workshop operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, preferably specializing in German cars.
• Strong hands-on experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, or similar premium brands.
• Good knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and automotive diagnostics.
• Experience using professional diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and technical problems.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a multi-brand automotive garage is preferred.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
