Photographer/Videographer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Photographer / Videographer to create high-quality visual content that supports the company’s brand, marketing, social media, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have strong photography and videography skills, a good eye for composition and storytelling, and the ability to produce professional content across different formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photography and video content for marketing, social media, websites, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Photograph and film products, people, events, stores, lifestyle content, and promotional activities.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and visual styles in line with the brand identity.
• Manage the full content production process, including shooting, lighting, audio, editing, color grading, and final delivery.
• Edit photos and videos to a professional standard for different platforms and formats.
• Create engaging short-form video content, including Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, and other social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop content based on campaign and business objectives.
• Assist with photoshoots, video productions, product launches, events, and special projects.
• Maintain and organize photo and video files, archives, and digital assets.
• Ensure all visual content meets company standards for quality, consistency, branding, and presentation.
• Stay up to date with current visual trends, social media formats, photography techniques, and video production styles.
• Maintain and safely operate cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and videography skills across relevant content styles.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Strong editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, storytelling, and visual branding.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Creative, reliable, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently from concept development through to final delivery.
• Relevant qualifications in Photography, Videography, Film, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field are an advantage.
