Video Production Manager

Pella Global is an international digital marketing and PR agency with more than 300 employees and offices across Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Lithuania .

Our Dubai team works with clients in 15+ industries , including luxury hospitality, restaurants, real estate, yachting, sports, healthcare, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

We're looking for an experienced Video Production Manager based in Dubai to lead our in-house production team.

Your role:

• Lead and manage a team of 3–5 videographers and editors.
• Plan and organise video productions from concept to delivery.
• Direct and oversee filming for commercial and branded content.
• Ensure high production quality across all client projects.
• Edit videos when required and supervise the post-production process.
• Coordinate production schedules, equipment, and project deadlines.

Requırements:

• Proven experience managing a video production team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial video projects.
• Professional experience with filming, directing, and video editing.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Based in Dubai with the ability to work on-site and travel to client locations when needed.
