Job title : Pricing Specialist – Aid & Relief

Job Purpose Prepare and submit bids, tenders and proposals for the Aid & Relief business. Ensure submissions are timely, accurate, compliant and supported by effective coordination across commercial, operational and regional stakeholders

KEY TASKS

  • Coordinate end-to-end bid, tender, RFQ, RFP and EOI submissions
  • Manage bid plans, timelines, action trackers, document versions and submission deadlines
  • Respond timely to quotation requests with competitive pricing and required solutions
  • Negotiate better rates based on volumes with DHL stations, suppliers
  • Collect and consolidate inputs from commercial, operations, finance, legal, procurement and country teams
  • Prepare and format proposal documents, presentations, capability statements and supporting materials
  • Check submissions against customer requirements, internal policies and approval processes.
  • Maintain bid templates, content libraries, tender records and opportunity pipelines
  • Monitor relevant tender portals and support the identification and qualification of opportunities

Skills And Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Relations or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, multi-country or multi-stakeholder tender submissions
  • 3-5 years' experience in bid coordination, tender management, proposal support or commercial administration
  • Good understanding of freight forwarding products, including air, ocean, road, multimodal transport, customs and supply-chain services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint; document version control and tech knowledge
  • Strong written English and professional document-editing skills; additional languages would be an advantage
