Indoor Salesman

Job Title: Indoor Salesperson (Food Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Indoor Salesperson to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle indoor sales operations and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Promote and sell company food products to customers and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client base.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order processing.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: At least 12th Pass.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in the food industry (Preferred).
• Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong convincing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customers and close sales effectively.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Malayalam – Native (must have)
• Urdu/Hindi – Baisc (must have)
• Arabic – Basic (Advantage)
• Persian – Basic (Advantage)
