Assistant Accountant

Job Title: Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team immediately.

The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Tally, and the ability to manage purchase, sales, payroll, online orders, stock journals, imports, and related accounts work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchase and sales entries
• Manage stock journals and inventory-related accounting in Tally
• Check and verify online orders
• Assist with payroll processing
• Maintain import-related accounts and documentation
• Review social media advertisement expenses and related records
• Support daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Prepare reports using MS Excel
• Coordinate with the team to complete tasks on time

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong experience in Tally is mandatory
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of CRM software
• Basic Photoshop knowledge will be an advantage
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Dedicated team player with a responsible attitude

We are looking for an experienced candidate only. We are not looking to train anyone for this position. The candidate must already have the required knowledge and experience to handle the above responsibilities.

Salary: AED 2,250.00 – AED 2,750.00 per month
