Job Summary: Assistant Production Supervisor

We are looking for an Assistant Production Supervisor with experience in the Printing & Packaging industry to assist the Production Manager in managing daily production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing all printing and packaging activities.
• Conduct quality control checks, and minimizing production rejections.
• Coordinate between the Sales team and the Production team to align production schedules with client requirements.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Supervise and manage a production team of 50+ employees.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operational skills.
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in manufacturing.
