Position: E-Commerce Assistant
Gender: Female
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Sharjah
Job Summary
We are looking for a Female E-Commerce can manage online sales activities, customer communication, and general sales support.
Key Responsibilitiesn
E-Commerce
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms and online sales accounts.
- Upload and maintain product listings, prices, descriptions, and images.
- Process online orders and coordinate with customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Monitor product availability and online sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and online platforms.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
- Prepare basic e-commerce and sales reports.
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
