Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Lady to join our team Almraikn, specializing in abayas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, particularly in engaging with Arabic customers, and have a strong understanding of measuring sizes to ensure a perfect fit for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the needs of Arabic customers.

2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our abaya collection, including styles, fabrics, and cultural significance.

3. Size Measurement: Accurately measure customers to determine the appropriate sizes and provide fitting advice.

4. Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets.

5. Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.

6. Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.

7. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a fashion or clothing store.

2. Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.

3. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

4. Measurement Skills: Knowledge of how to accurately measure sizes for abayas and other garments.

5. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of Arabic culture and traditions related to clothing and fashion.
