About the Company
A Dubai-based engineering and construction solutions company delivering construction and technical projects across the UAE. The company is looking for a Planning Engineer who can work closely with project and site teams to keep projects on programme and proactively manage delays.

The Role
We are looking for a Planning Engineer with 3–5+ years of UAE construction experience, preferably with exposure to demolition, structural and steel works.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Track actual site progress against planned activities and identify delays, slippages and critical activities.
• Prepare recovery programmes and revised schedules to bring delayed works back on track.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, procurement teams and subcontractors to ensure planned activities are achieved.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, S-curves, dashboards and progress updates.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials and equipment requirements against the project programme.
• Review subcontractor programmes and integrate them into the overall master schedule.
• Support tender planning, construction methodology and project mobilisation.
• Assist with EOT and delay analysis by maintaining proper programme and progress records.
• Attend project meetings and clearly communicate programme status, risks and required actions.

Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree/diploma.
• 3–5+ years UAE construction planning experience.
• Strong hands-on Primavera P6 experience.
• Construction experience in demolition, structural or steel works is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of site execution, sequencing and construction activities.
• Good reporting, coordination and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
