Chief Finance Officer

A senior finance professional with strong insurance-sector experience, excellent knowledge of the UAE market, recognized educational/professional qualifications, and a proven track record of leading financial functions at a senior management level.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Proven experience in a senior Finance leadership role, preferably as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and financial requirements.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Lead and oversee the company's overall financial strategy and operations.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial and insurance regulations.
• Oversee financial controls, risk management, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, investments, and overall financial performance.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior management.
• Lead and develop the Finance Department.
