Team Leader-Banking Sales

Full job description

We are currently hiring Banking Sales Officers for leading banks in the UAE for Credit Card and Personal Loan sales. The ideal candidate should have prior banking sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Credit Card and Personal Loan products to individual customers.
• Generate new leads through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and direct marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Explain banking products, features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers clearly.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and productivity goals.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per bank compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth application submission and approvals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until the completion of the sales process.
• Keep updated with bank policies, market trends, and competitor products.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Credit Card or Personal Loan sales is preferred.
• UAE banking sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
