Sales Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell bank credit cards to prospective customers.
• Identify and generate new leads through direct sales, referrals, and other channels.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and offers to customers.
• Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications.
• Collect and verify required customer information and documents as per bank policies.
• Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities, customer interactions, and applications.
• Coordinate with the bank’s internal teams regarding application status and customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, sales procedures, and company policies.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve basic customer concerns.
• Stay updated on credit card products, promotions, and market developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of banking experience in the UAE or Home Country.
• Previous experience in credit card, banking, financial products, or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
