Job description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with experience in the Aluminium & Façade Industry to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Coordinate with Project, Sales, Production, and Site teams for customer requirements
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding project/work status
• Maintain proper records of customer communications and follow-ups
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the Aluminium, Glass & Façade Industry in the UAE is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused
Salary – AED 5,000 to 7,000
