What you will do:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll become a trusted point of contact for clients looking to finance their property journey.

You'll:

• Build and develop strong client relationships
• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Understand clients' financial needs and objectives
• Recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions
• Guide clients through the mortgage application journey from start to finish
• Work closely with banks, lenders, and internal teams
• Manage client documentation and applications with accuracy
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions
• Work towards and exceed individual sales targets

What we are looking for:

You don't need years of mortgage experience, we're looking for potential, personality, and sales ability.

You should have:

• 6 months–1 year of experience in sales, real estate, company formation, or e-commerce
• A confident and engaging communication style
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
• A competitive, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong English communication skills
• A genuine interest in building a career within financial services
• The ability to work on-site in Dubai
