SAP S/4HANA Trainer – Retail / Warehouse | Dubai

We are supporting an international consulting organisation seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Trainer for a major transformation programme in Dubai.

This is a hands-on, client-facing training role. You'll work directly with business users, SMEs and functional teams to prepare users for new SAP processes and systems through classroom training, virtual delivery, Train-the-Trainer and supporting learning materials.

Please note: This position requires proven experience personally delivering instructor-led SAP training to business end users. It is not a purely SAP functional consulting, instructional design or training-content role.

What you'll be doing

• Personally deliver instructor-led SAP training to business end users
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Develop and adapt user guides, job aids and supporting learning materials
• Work directly with SMEs, SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders
• Translate SAP processes into practical, user-friendly training
• Support user readiness, adoption, go-live and hypercare
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Work on-site with the client in Dubai

What we're looking for

You should have:

• Proven SAP S/4HANA training delivery experience
• Personally delivered instructor-led/classroom training to business end users
• Experience within an SAP implementation, migration or transformation programme
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication and facilitation skills
• Experience developing or adapting SAP learning materials
• Confidence working in a consulting/client-facing environment

Experience in one or more of the following is particularly relevant:

SAP Retail / IS-Retail | Warehouse Management / EWM | MM | Procurement | Inventory | Supply Chain

Retail, warehousing or distribution-sector experience would be particularly valuable.

Practical requirements

This is a permanent Dubai-based position requiring regular on-site client presence.

Candidates already based in the UAE and available immediately or on short notice are strongly preferred. International candidates with particularly strong matching experience may also be considered but should be able to relocate independently.

Arabic is not required for this position.
